Don't buy the warranty for any items from Reliance. They do not provide the services as promised. I bought an LG AC in April 2023 and purchased an extended warranty. When I called customer care, they raised a service request 2-3 times, but each time it was automatically canceled after 4-5 days. By the end of May, my service request still wasn't completed. The worst part is they don't inform you when they cancel the request. It is not worth the money. Just buy the product and get it serviced e
