Poor Stuff & very bad experience due to a defective Shirt with they refused to change later, so left the Shirt at their Shop without any exchange or Refund. Very Bad Salesmanship. I had bought 6 shirts in the First Week of February & could not check each but every piece thoroughly, which is a very normal behavior for anyone. Few days later I wore the Pink Shirt and went for a Wedding, where someone told me that my Pink Shirt was having a Big White Spot on the Collar & later I also found a

IF YOUR STAFF CAN NOT GIVE SOLUTIONS BY CHANGING THE DEFECTIVE SHIRT THEN I AM ALSO COMPELLED TO WRITE BAD REVIEWS. YOUR PEOPLE HAVE TO LEARN TO LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINTS OF THE CUSTOMERS.

I am visiting Shyam Garments sector 14 Gurgaon for past 22 years but day by day their staff is becoming arrogant and rude. They don’t have a little regard of the old customer. I found it disgusting this time.
