Poor management..... The floor staff is either illiterate or not willing to work..... Never keen to attend customer and never bother what customer is asking..... There favorite line is..... This product is not available sir even if it is displayed on counter..... Only two words can explain work culture at red tape online store NH1 ambala is...... Shamesless and useless..... Not bcoz of brand but bcoz of staff.....
